Introduction:PYFH series spring cone crusher is suitable for medium crushing and fine crushing.
        It is used in sand making, mining, cement making, construction and other industries, and available to crush materials like ores and rocks.
        Base on the principles of cone crusher, it has adopted the advantageous features of spring cone crushers and HP cone crushers. That is,
        1) springs are used to guarantee safe production;
        2) the main shaft is fixed with the frame;
        3) the shaft bolt rotates simultaneously with the main shaft;
        Besides, the crusher has a simpler structure, easier and more reliable operation.

Composition:The crusher comprises the main shaft, the body frame, the mobile cone, the balancing wheel, the eccentric shaft sleeve, the hydraulic coupling, the lubrication system, the hydraulic system, the control system, etc.

Working Principle:When the motor works, the cone will rotate in a circle under the force of the eccentric sleeve. The crushing surface of the cone will come near the surface of the mantle. The material is crushed and discharged during the process.
